What is included?

This is a one staff only role and we will have one meeting to discuss ideas and help start the planning process
This one person will also assist at the ceremony if the timings work out and if it is onsiteĀ 
You will have access to our DJ Event Planner to select music preferences and to create a timeline (we will help create this timeline with you and your venue)
Basic lighting will be provided to help light the dance floor up for the dancing time

Professional Master of Ceremonies & DJ

What is included?

With this package you will be totally put at ease as this is a two staff role
With this package we make your planning easy and stress free, our MC will meet with you to discuss ideas and to help create a smooth running sheet for the full day from ceremony to the end of night.
Up to 3 meetings prior to the event, on the day our MC will help with the music at the ceremony and help coordinate the group photo with your photographer
After making sure all is done our MC will head to the reception to make sure everything is set and ready for the guest entry
Once the guests are in the room the MC will make sure the Bridal party is ready and will help lift the room for your entry and after this point will work in the background to keep things on time
Our MC will then line up the speeches and introduction of the first dance etc and stay until the end if required
The MC will also discuss with you the music styles and ideas at one of the meetings and this will all be placed on DJ Event Planner for the DJ to utilise
The DJ will setup prior to the MC arriving at the venue and the DJ will provide basic lighting, Wireless microphone and enough sound to cater for your guests
Our DJ will also take requests on the day from your guests and read the crowd to go with the flow

What else is included?
UP lighting (you select the base colour at one of our meetings)
Dancing on a cloud (This is done by an extra staff member to ensure the timing is right and it is on the cloud not in the cloud)
Photobooth for 3 hours and this includes us providing a host to keep the booth running smoothly, Album, USB at the end, unlimited prints and a choice of 5 different backdrops
Sparkler send off at end of the night
